I have a question about synchronizing with Zoho CRM.
I changed the name of a single selection item in Zoho CRM and then synchronized, but some of the changes in the above items are not reflected in Zoho Analytics.
After changing the items of Zoho CRM, it seems that only the updated records are reflected by synchronization. Records that are not updated do not seem to reflect the changes even if they are synchronized.
We have data for the past few years and need to be updated in bulk.
Please tell me how to deal with it.
