questions regarding links

I am considering switching from Evernote and Notebook is a strong candidate.
I have requests regarding links.
In the Web and Windows versions, is it possible to display the linked page directly without showing the context menu when I click on a link as in the Andloid version? I would like the context menu to appear only when right-clicking.
In the Web and Windows versions, when I try to click on a link after displaying the note, the screen shifts down one line at the moment I click, and I cannot click on the desired link. This is caused by the fact that the editing tool is displayed when I click on the link, so why not display the editing tool from the beginning?
