Dear Customers,
With the continuous effort to enhance the Zoho Analytics product, we have made some changes in the
Twitter Competitive Analytics integration framework. As a part of this update, the Twitter integration account authenticate was revoked.
We request all Zoho Analytics customers who use Twitter Competitive Analytics integration to re-authenticate the Twitter account to resume the data synchronisation process.
Please follow the below steps to re-authenticate:
1. Access your
Zoho Analytics account.
2. Open the Twitter Competitive Analytics integration workspace.
3. Click '
Data Sources' at the left pane.
4. Choose the Twitter Competitive Analytics integration setup.
5. Click '
Re-authenticate' and click '
Authenticate Twitter'.
