Recurring Meeting Feedback

We got access to the new recurring Zoho Meeting feature. We were glad to have access to it to schedule our daily status call as recurring instead of one at a time. Here's my feedback on the issues with this feature:
  1. There's no option to schedule every weekday. We just did a daily meeting and will ignore the weekend meetings. Please add an option to select which days of the week to schedule a recurring meeting (Just a list of days with a checkbox next to them). It's really common to schedule a meeting every Monday and Wednesday for example.
  2. I scheduled a meeting until the end of the year. I briefly freaked out when I say there were 179 meetings and thought I wouldn't be able to edit them. I had to test editing the meeting to see how that would work. My thoughts for improvements here are:
    1. Make it clear when creating the recurring meeting that you don't have to edit each one individually
    2. Or possibly group them together in the meeting list and just show the next one, with a little recurring icon or text saying when it reoccurs.
  3. Biggest potential issue: If I change my mind on the end date or frequency there is no way to change it. I either have to manually delete each and every meeting occurrence manually, or to extend it I have to create a brand new recurring meeting. To change the frequency I'm just stuck. It's not clear if this can be done at all and is an important feature.

The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees.
