When moving an appointment we create through the Zoho Calendar and has been allocated to my different sales guys,
Zoho will update the users PC who has made the amendments. The new salesperson who the appointment has been allocated to receives the appointment BUT the old salesperson who has had the appointment taken off them still sees the appointment in their Zoho calendar, even after refreshing.
The ONLY time it will change is if the Salesperson completely resets Zoho which is of course completely not ideal. This is causing confusion and is a big problem for the sales guys and our company. Please help, fix.
