Regarding data loss after server maintenance

Regarding data loss after server maintenance

Hello team, 
After these recent server maintenance, most of my Zoho notes are permanently gone, not visible in notebook desktop app, notebook web app and even not in the trash folder.
I am pretty sure I haven't deleted them permanently.

Most of the notecards from my notebooks are missing, and I am unable to recover them.

Is this a permanent loss? It had some important notes related to my academics, that I have made from a long time.
Could you please help me out.
