Remove idiomatic words and phrases in all places in Zoho applications and user manuals.

It is true that the idiomatic lexicon makes the world go 'round. An idiomatic lexicon can be isolated to small populations of people. Without idioms, language flavor is almost non-existent. However.....

Within the Zoho suite, formal language ought to be the norm, rather than idioms. A case in point is the use of the phrase "salary hike." There are two problems with this phrase.

1. The first definition of "hike" is "to travel. A salary "hike" is a common idiom and is more helpfully rendered as an "increase." However, this phrase points to the second problem.

2. The second problem is that sometimes a salary decrease is a correct choice. Therefore, in the English language,

this text label ought to be "Salary Change." In the two companies in which I functioned as the "HR guy", we chose to talk about "Salary Change." Sometimes a salary did decrease. Sometimes a salary increased.
