Renaming automation credits as complimentary Zoho Sign credits
Hello everyone,
As you may already know, Zoho Sign offers complimentary automation credits to Enterprise and Zoho One users. These credits are consumed when uploading documents for signature request using Zoho custom functions (DRE), receiving submissions via SignForms, and sending documents for signature in bulk. We provide 10 automation credits/user/ month.
This differs from the paid add-on called Zoho Sign credits, which are available to all paid Zoho Sign users (including Zoho One).
Partners and customers have informed us that the similarity of these two names (automation credits and Zoho Sign credits) make it hard to understand the purpose of each credit type. We've also learned that there's confusion around the credit consumption rate.
For example, sending a single document through bulk send or getting a single SignForm submission consumes one automation credit, whereas these same actions consume five Zoho Sign credits.
To address this, we are renaming automation credits to complimentary Zoho Sign credits and giving them the same value as paid Zoho Sign credits.
