Report: avg time to visit each lead
We are on zoho one. our sales team visits leads using the ZohoCRM app. They track their hours using the zoho books timer.
So the results in zoho books look like this:
-total hours worked: 8
In ZohoCRM we have a custom date/time field in each lead record that is populated after each lead is visited.
results in ZohoCRM would look like this:
date visited: 1/1/2023 15:00
We need to take the time spent visiting leads, and divide that by the sum of leads visited.
Time spent visiting leads / Leads visited = average time spent visiting each lead
Is there a way to create a report like this? We are open to creating any fields required to track it, or using any zoho apps needed.
If you could walk us through creating it step by step it would be much appreciated!
