Report- Horizontal Bar

Hi,

I'm looking to make a horizontal bar chart, similar to the one attached. 

X axis: Project names
Y Axis: Dates (started date and completed date)

*For the dates, I would like the beginning of the horizontal bar to be the start date and the end of the bar to be the completion date. 

The point of this report is to show overlapping studies
