I represent a religious organisation that is considering using Zoho CRM to manage its disciple database of approximately 2000 contacts. We want to get users to update their own contact information. There does not seem to be a tool in Zoho CRM that does this, so we thought that Zoho Creator can be used to build this application. 

The idea is that we email all the contacts in the CRM with a customized email showing their current contact information that we have on file. The recipients check the data and click on a link to a webform where they can update any out-of-date or erroneous data. These responses are then either fed directly back into CRM or captured in a different database where a CRM user can check the validity of the data and edit and "approve" it into CRM one record at a time. It seems to require two-way interaction between CRM and Creator (i.e. data coming from CRM to Creator, and vice versa). Please let me know if you can build such an application.
