Zoho Docs and Zoho Campaigns have been well worth the investment so far. I'm looking into replacing our existing website calendar with Zoho Calendars. The Request for Appointment process would be very useful for our members to submit calendar entries for approval. However, it is missing a lot of detail which removes it as an option for now. The calendar manager can always edit the detail of the event to add to and repair the entry, but life would be easier if it could be captured correctly in the first place.
Missing Description: The ability to submit a full description would be of great service. This would be a separate field from the title aka "Reason". The ability to format (font, color, etc) would be nice, but not at all necessary. I'd be very happy with raw text with carriage returns.
Missing Duration: If we had a description, that knowledge could be passed in the event, but administratively it would help if the field were directly available. Even when accepting a meeting you can only choose from a select few duration options.
Missing Location: When applicable, it would be nice to have to avoid having to merge that detail in with the description.
I would envision the Description, Duration, and Location fields being individually select-able when generating the HTML to embed the Request for Appointment.
