Request for Assistance with 3rd Party API Returning 500 Internal Server Error

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering a persistent issue with Woocommerce Rest API that I am integrating into my application. Whenever I make a request to the API, I receive a 500 Internal Server Error response.

I've checked the following:

  1. Verified the endpoint URL is correct.
  2. Ensured that my API key and authentication details are accurate.
  3. Reviewed Zoho Desk Extension documentation for any updates or changes.
  4. Reviewed API provider's documentation for any updates or changes.
  5. Conducted tests on the API key and endpoint using Postman, where no errors were detected.
Despite these checks, the issue persists. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any insights on what might be causing this error, your help would be greatly appreciated.
