I am writing to request a change in the display layout of our ticket information within Zoho. Currently, the ticket information is displayed on the left side of the screen. However, for better visibility and usability, I would like the ticket information to be centered on the screen, similar to the layout used by service management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Centering the ticket information would enhance our user experience by making it easier to focus on the details of each ticket without being distracted by other elements on the page. Additionally, it would streamline our workflow and improve our overall efficiency in handling support tickets.
