I have a workspace setup with 1 resource and one "service" created. I have the Minimum Booking Notice set to 1 day (24 hours).
When I access the form at 4:01 PM, all of the start times for the next day start at 4:15PM, 5:15PM, 6:15PM etc.. When I access the form at 4:16PM, all of the available start times for the next day show as 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM etc.
When I select a date 2 days away, I see the normal hourly start times as 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 6:00PM etc., which is the goal, and I want ALL appointment start and end times to be "on the hour".
I'm assuming that Bookly is showing the first available time slot (in 15 minute increments) for the next day based on what time I access the form. However, what if a customer accesses the form at 4:01PM and wants to book the resource for 5:00PM the next day? They would have to wait until 4:46PM to book a 5:00PM appointment the next day?
My workspace Scheduling interval is set to 2 hours, yet for next day bookings, it will show intervals of 15 minutes and the customer must wait a 1/2 hour to see the 4:00PM, 5:00PM etc? Please tell me I am missing something, which is entirely possible.
Also, when the booking form loads, the start time is showing the soonest appointment that is 24-hours away (in 15 minute increments), but is also showing the end time as 12:45AM by default? My service duration is set to 2 hours, so shouldn't the end time default to 2-hour after the start time? When I select 2-days from my current time, everything works fine and I see 4:00PM start time and 6:00PM end time. So I'm just trying to understand what is happening with next-day bookings when Minimum Booking Notice set to 1 day (24 hours). Seems a bit wonky...
Thanks for your time!
