Restoring "do-not-mail" or unsubcribed contacts in Campaings
Hello,
The issue I'm facing :
- Before the new synchronization between CRM and Campagins was implemented, many (too many) mailings were sent.
- Some contacts (also members of our group) have unsubscribed
- Now, after the new sync, we have setup topics and have a cleaner way of doing our mailings, we would like to "re invite" these contacts and be able to send them again mailings relating to the topics they will chose.
Approx 360 contacts need to be reincluded as some mailings topics are key to the group membership.
Can't find information about restoring thoses contacts easily .
As we're based in Europe and our contacts are company executives, it's not mandatory to get their approval (legitimate interest)
