We'd like to propose a feature enhancement for managing appointments within Zoho Bookings. This feature would ensure only pre-approved clients can schedule meetings.
Desired Functionality:
We propose the introduction of a functionality to restrict appointment booking to approved clients only. This would prevent unapproved clients (including guests) from scheduling meetings through our booking page.

- Improved Client Management: Allows us to control access to appointment scheduling based on client approval.
Current Limitations:
Zoho Bookings currently allows anyone, including unregistered users (guests), to book appointments through the booking page. This can be a security risk and may disrupt our workflow.
Proposed Solution:
We envision a system where:
- Clients can register on Zoho Booking.
- Client verify they have access to their email address (email verification process).
- An approval process allows us to review client information before granting them booking access.
- Only approved clients can schedule appointments through our booking page.
