We are wanting to develop a retail site visit database that feeds off of 2 data tables stored in Zoho. 1 table will be of store name, rep who looks after the store, the stores email address, and store identification code. The other table will hold sales data for the store (14 different record fields - target & actual). This data will need to be pulled into a form and a % to target calculation added. We also want there to be 2 lists (rep name, which then populates a list of stores assigned to the rep) and then the store identification code to be displayed into another field. We want to consolidate all forms (each form will have action items) into 1 reporting form, which is emailed to the stores email address stored in 1 of the tables. This form needs to look nice (probably HTML view)? Lastly, the consolidated view of the action items from the 6 forms needs to have a dropdown box next to each forms action items (pending and completed) so the rep can change depending on the status of the item. I have attached an excel worksheet which breaks down the forms needed and the consolidated view of the forms (table name consolidated) along with the fields we need to have data stored in for the look ups.
