In other systems I build in there are sometimes strict one contact record per human and one company record per company with an interlinking file called roles. This allows for one contact to have multiple roles at the same time with different companies as well as allow for the storage of past roles with past orgs.
In this, the Role record becomes quite important as many activities are related to the role more than the contact.
Does this sort of approach work in Zoho or to create such a role module is more work than is worth it with little chance of getting the desired results ie activities, meetingscalls be more linked to the role than the contact.
