I am generating the reports in Zoho Analytics by syncing the data from the Zoho desk. As soon as I moved to the live plan, the limit was about to be exceeded, though I specifically asked whether I'd face any issue with this, and the presales rep said no.
I couldn't understand the reason for the rows calculation and pricing. Please explain the charge of rows in Zoho Analytics. I have used three analytics tools before but never saw anyone charging for rows.
And the worst part is reaching the Zoho Analytics support. Presales is so busy that she responds to one email for a week, and any question is routed to devs. When I asked for a demo, no one in the Zoho team was an expert in Zoho Analytics.
