For now, the "Salutation" field is linked to the "First Name" field.

But when "First Name" is required, "Salutation" is not.

It is very critical to have the "Salutation" required, because when we add the variable "Dear Sir" or "Dear Madam", we need a value.

Request : Either unlink both fields, or make "Salutation" required when "First name" is required.
