Save your search criteria in Zoho Workerly

Zoho Workerly gives you a complete view of all your temps, clients, and jobs—all in one place. Our recent Roster View release made it easier to schedule your temps. Our smart algorithm shows you all available temps on a dashboard, helping you to choose the best person to complete your job within the given time frame.

Our advanced search is criteria based. It allows you further filter temps using customizable criteria. With this feature in mind, we are delighted to announce the Save Search Criteria feature in Zoho Workerly. You can now search using customized search criteria, and this criteria can be saved as the default for certain jobs. Let's examine this feature in detail with a scenario.

You are a temp staffing agent. Your client, Zylker Construction, has a temporary Construction Specialist position to be filled. The job details are as follows:
Job Title: Construction Specialist
Job start date: 11 March 2020
Job end date: 14 March 2020
Schedule time: 1:00am to 6:30am
Base pay: $10/hour
Expected work experience: 2 to 3 years.

You can create a new job by navigating to the Jobs module and adding the details above. As soon as the job is created, you can start scheduling temps. From the scheduling dashboard, you can view matching temps. In order to filter according to the specifications above, click on the filter icon.

On the following pop-up, you can create a custom search criteria. For the scenario above, the custom criteria would
look like:

Clicking on Save as Default Criteria will allow you to use the same criteria by default when scheduling more temps to the job. You can change it any time and save any new criteria as the default.

As job requirements are different for each client, we have enabled save search criteria at the job level. This means that the criteria saved for the 'Construction Specialist' job in the example would not be set as the default for any other job created for Zylker Construction. Learn more
