Scheduled maintenance activity for Zoho Bookings and Zoho Creator

This announcement is regarding some maintenance activity we have scheduled in our India (IN) data centers on Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 3:00 AM to 3:15 AM IST (Indian Standard Time).

To ensure stability and minimum impact, we're performing this maintenance during the weekend.

Details of the activity:
  • Date: Sunday, November 13, 2022
  • Start time: 3:00 AM IST
  • Estimated end time: 3:15 AM IST
  • Type of work: Moving common user databases to a separate cluster.
  • Location: India - Primary Data Center
  • Purpose of work: Improve availability and enhance overall performance of the databases.
  • Impact of work: Zoho Bookings and Zoho Creator services associated with the data centers in India will be inaccessible during the downtime.
    Inaccessible services include the following:
    • Zoho Bookings:
      • Booking page links
      • APIs, integrations, and calendar syncs
    • Zoho Creator:
      • Creator custom applications and their schedules, integrations, and APIs
      • Custom applications available under the Developer Zone
  • Brief: We're relocating a few databases that are used by all Bookings and Creator accounts in our IN data centers to a separate cluster. This aims to improve the availability of these databases for individual accounts and ultimately enhance their overall performance.
Note: Services will be restored after the maintenance period.
