At the bottom of the mail folders pane on the left side of the mail interface, there are 3 buttons.

When selecting the Contacts button, you are presented with a search input, and some suggestions.
I'm trying to understand why I am unable to find contacts when using the search. I was looking for a particular contact and tried searching by first name, last name, company name, and nothing works. I have to actually go into my contacts and scroll down to find it manually.
It seems to me that it is only searching for contacts within our organization. Is there a setting to make it search ALL of my contacts, which is what you would think would be the default?
