Selling tours & events
Is it possible to sell tours and events through Commerce? How to do it?
I own a vineyard and nowadays we sell wines using Commerce, but are starting to sell tours/tastings also and it would be great to continue using the same tool.
The scenario is: I offer a tour once a day at 11 AM, from Monday to Saturday. On any specific day, I can attend to up to 12 people at the same time. So, when a customer buys an "X" number of tours, the seats ( 12 - X ) should remain available for that particular day.
The customer should be able to book and buy the tour online, and when he does it, the quantity for that slot is reduced and that booking information (date/time, name, X number of tours, language, etc) goes to (Zoho or Google) calendar.
Any hints on how to do that? Would it be easy to integrate with some booking app? Any recommendation on the latter?
