Send email template interface

Hello All, I have submitted this request before, but I have no word on action or if it is on the list for future updates. One of the most frustrating annoyances of working in zoho recruit is the "send email" composition window. It is incredibly small, and fits very few lines of text. This is especially frustrating when working with templates that need to be altered each time prior to sending to a client or candidate. This small window is persistent no matter the size of the screen or the device I am working on. Can you all address this highly frustrating feature. It seems like a very easy fix. I can provide screen shots if needed, but all you need to do is hit the "send mail" button and you will see what I mean.
