I am writing this to express my disappointment and furstration with the Zoho Mail services. Recently, around 200 of our accounts have been blocked from sending any mails without any prior warning or notification from Zoho. We have been with Zoho for over a year now and have paid upfront for the full year, but we have not received any guidance or help from you Zoho Mail department.
Despite discussing the issue with your chat support, they have stated that they will not resume any mails from our accounts. Moreover, we are not able to find any warning or explanation from Zoho before blocking our accounts. We are extremely dissatisfied with this type of services from a company that we trusted and relied on for more than a year.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we are open to resolving any issue that may have caused the blocking of our accounts. However, your staff has not been cooperative in providing us with any solution to get our accounts unblocked. We have requested multiple times through chat support and over email, but to no avail.
As a loyal user of your services, we are not pleased with the way this situation has been handled. Moving such a large number of accounts to another provider will cost us a significant amount of time and money. We are willing to fix any mistakes that we have made but forcing us to use Zoho campaigns or Zepto mail instead of providing a solution to unblock our accounts is not a fair and ethical way to treat your loyal customers.
We would appericiate it if you could provide us with any insight into what we may have done wrong, so that we can rectify the situation and continue using Zoho Mail services.
