There is currently an ongoing bug in Zoho Bookings where the service will stop synchronisation with calendars. We use Google and CRM calendars and the sync with Google simply stops working a random times - though it now looks to be multiple times a week.
Of course this presents a major problem: clients do not see accurate times slots, and double bookings become possible.
After a call with Zoho support services, they confirm that this is a known issue and they are working to fix it. In the short term, the work around is the delete user accounts from the calendar sync, then re-add them. This will trigger a new sync.
Note! Simply requesting a manual sync does not work.
Until Zoho fixes this bug, I strongly recommend all Zoho Booking users manually check all user calendars in Zoho Bookings against any calendars that are integrated on a daily basis, remove and re-add accounts that are not functioning. This will minimize, though not solve, the business risks associated with this severe bug.
The other option is, alas, switching over to a more reliable booking service, such as Book Like A Boss, which I had used for years prior to switching to Zoho One. Zoho Flow has pre-built integrations for a few calendar services as well, so I may look at those as an option if Zoho Bookings cannot be fixed correctly.
