My plan is to use Zoho CRM for an inside sales force making outbound calls. I'm having trouble setting it up. for the multiple teams.
How I would like to use it.
Nationwide Lead A is called on by Sales Role A
Once a sale is closed This becomes Product A & Product Y
Product A can be sold 8-16 times before being sold out. Sales Lead B is within 15 miles of Product A
Sales Role B calls on Leads B and Uses invoice to close out the sale. They need to know how many sales have been closed for each product A
Product B needs no further sales action
Product A & Y and Sales B1-16 need to be
Sales Role B will consist of 6 team members
There will be multiple Sales Role B Teams.
How do I set up the leads so:
Sales Team A only sees sales Leads A
Sales Team A Can Pass their sales along in the process
Sales Team B needs to see Sale A and Leads B geographically associated
Assigning leads to an individual won't work. There are 2-8,000 leads. Everyone on the team needs to see the leads. Once the product sells out the manager needs to close these leads out and assign the next group of leads that go with the product.
