I just moved from Infusionsoft to Zoho One. Like what we are able to do. But ..... Infusionsoft does impose very strict rules on their email campaigns, you must have a clean list or they will throttle you, than cut you off. And they do it with very low numbers of complaints or bad labels. So my list was scrubbed and used often.
How is it that when I used this same list for the first time in campaigns I get a 25% bounce ? Really ? Got tons of "message expired" and "bad connection" .... I read that if it soft bounces three times you hard bounce it..
I am afraid to mail again with this system until I better understand it, afraid you guys will hard bounce or opt out my formerly clean list.
Whats going on ?
