Hi Bigin team,
I have noticed that sending emails from with in bigin crm to the clients the email is intended as spam.
I have my bigin account setup with gmail imap. I have contacted various contacts in which they informed they don't receive the email and when asked if they could verify their spam box they find the email is there.
Yesterday I sent email to client in gmail instead of using the bigin crm. This email was continuing conversation from the first email that I sent to the client from with in bigin crm.
Got this response from bouncing email in gmail from email I sent from gmail .
"The response from the remote server was:
Please resolve and retry"
I have noticed this is regularly issue from sending email from bigin crm. I noticed that this happens when we have a template associated to the email sent in bigin.
