Hello everyone!
We're back again to highlight another feature in our Zoho WorkDrive spotlight series.
While not necessarily the most awesome part of a project journey, the importance of tracking using an activity report is undeniable. Activity reports give you detailed information about any events that happen in your team. They cut through the haze of a project's progress and give the admin a clear view of what’s actually happening.
Zoho WorkDrive allows you to monitor organizational and track team activities in the most simple, yet efficient, way possible. You can apply filters and view the activity history of a person across all files and folders in the team.
This allows admins to stay on top of what their team members are doing, and it also helps when it comes to legal requests—admins can easily get detailed reports on each file's activity.
They can also generate Activity Reports of any team member for any specific time period. You can see data like the number of file uploads, edits, downloads, and previews at the team and
Team Folder level. You can also apply filters based on folder locations, members, time, and activities.
Admins can generate reports on a regular basis and archive them for future reference. They can also export the generated report if required for any legal purposes.
We hope this article helped you understand how detailed reports on each file activity can be generated and exported.
