store a matrix choice into the crm

store a matrix choice into the crm

Hello,
I am building a form with a matrix choice.
I have about 10 rows with short text and two columns with a selection. 
( Numbers 1 to 6.)

Now I want to save this information in CRM (in one field, not into 10 :)  )
Which field type can I use for this?
No matter what I have tried so far, each row of the matrix is shown to me individually as a field in Integration->CRM.
Is maybe matrix not the right thing in the form? 

How can I do this?
