In the ninth episode of Small Business Heroes, a CustomersSpeak series, we had a conversation with Pamela Crenshaw from Chicago ZUG. Pamela's entrepreneurial journey has helped her understand the challenges of starting a business and setting up various business processes efficiently. She noticed her friends having a difficult time with their new ventures, which inspired her to start 'Simplify Bizness', a virtual assistance business that offers a virtual team to remotely take care of business processes such as marketing, book-keeping, and recruitment.
