In the Deals Module, i have a sub-form for multiple companies with different contacts.
The Deal is the project we are quoting, and the sub-form is the builders that we are quoting to.
When we choose the builder, we then choose the contact related to that builder. The contact email and phone will auto fill in the other columns.
The sub-form works great, but i cannot figure out how to:
1. have all these chosen contacts have all the deals they are associated with show up on their own contact profile.
- At the moment, you can only have the 1x contact field associated with the deal.
2. Say there is 6x companies contacts in the sub-form that we are tendering to, how do we send a bulk email to those contacts using an email template?
We have 30x Deals/projects we are pricing with at least 4x builders each. that would be 120 emails to send out.
I would like to click a button, update their status and the associated email template go out to them individually.
The only issue that is stuffing this process up is the association with the sub-form.
Any help would be appreciated.
