Suggestions for improvements - SecurePass
SecurePass is a great and useful feature, but is in its current form not very helpful. May I suggest the following improvements:
1. The ability to customise the text of the email the recipient receives. Not only is the current text grammatically incorrect, and therefore unprofessional, but it also contains text that is advertising the service, which isn’t a good image for a business user.
2. Allow custom domains to be mapped to the system.
3. Enhance the user interface once recipients have accessed their message. At the moment, it’s so bare bones as to feel unprofessional and not secure. It’s like someone scribbled a note on a blank piece of paper and handed it to you .
4. Allow replies and attachment so that senders and recipients can have an ongoing exchange of secure information
All the above are already available on Office 365 and are very useful features for businesses wanting to share sensitive information.
Hopefully the service will be developed further and made into something really great!
