We are coming to five cities across the United States and Canada. Here's the schedule:

February 20-21, 2023 - Miami, Florida
February 16-17, 2023 - Toronto, Canada

This two-day workshop helps you learn about how you can simplify the customer service operations, empower agents with all the tools that they need, and deliver exceptional customer experience. Whether you're a beginner, an expert, or an administrator, we'll guide you in making the best use of the tools that you need, as well as help personalize and automate your system, and make it easy to manage your team. All the users of CRM Plus, Desk, CRM, and Marketing Plus will be benefited from the workshop. 

It's also a perfect opportunity to get one-on-one guidance from our experts to answer your questions, identify solutions for different use cases, and much more. It's also the best place to meet fellow users, share your ideas and suggestions, and help each other out in the process.
