The tenth episode of Small Business Heroes, a CustomersSpeak series, features an interview with Troy Titus: a CRM administrator at Scale-Tec. Troy began his career by managing church activities and then moved on to gain real estate expertise by building a house himself for his family. However, over the last four years, Troy has dedicated his time to learning to code, especially Deluge. He now works as a CRM administrator and works hard to customize Zoho CRM and set up a smooth sales and customer relationship process at his company.
