I've been using Zoho Mail for 1 year, I decided after some years, or if required I will upgrade my plan to Zoho premium service because their mail service is just awesome.
Now, for a couple of days I've been facing some technical trouble with mail.zoho.com, the site can not reach me. I have tried different browsers and different internet connections mobile network changes, broadband connection changes sometimes from office broadband sometimes from home broadband network also tried different cellular networks because I thought this was the network issue.
Then I tried with ping from my OS, then it did not respond while trying every network change also device changed, and the same result was "Request timed out" I attached the screenshot of the pinging not response.
not responding
What is the solution for this?
