We noticed that when we create a tiocket or a ticket is created from salesIq Chat, the contact name use in the ticket create a contact inthe CRM. Our process is that it should create a Leads instead. There re no way I found to change this behaviour.
This is important for our process of managing our customers: A contact is only converted from a lead when he/she has all the necessary data AND a deal has been created.
We can chat with a lead, and a lead often doesn't not have a company/account (which is mandatory for a CRM contact)...
In case of a desk ticket, none of this seem possible.
In the desk-crm integration panel, I switched Leads too, but doesn't seems to have an effect.
How can we change this behaviour, that new desk contact are pushed as leads in the CRM
