My company recently shifted to ZOHO Projects this month. Previously our employees had been using ZOHO People to log their time.
Now in ZOHO projects when I log my time, the following issues are arising:
1. Most of the times the projects for which I have to log time don't appear in the dropdown menu while logging time. This has been happening repeatedly. I am the Project Manager for many projects that I have created myself, but whenever I am about to log my weekly timesheet, not even a single project shows in the dropdown menu. I have to refresh the page multiple times, and sometimes even logout and then login again until the issue is resolved. There is some sort of bug in weekly time-logging form that needs to be dealt with. This is not just happening with me but many other users also face the same problem. I have tried this on both Chrome and Edge but getting the same issues every time.
2. When adding the time-logs on weekly basis, the UI does not show any option to add notes or description along with any of the tasks. This is really important for me and other employees to log time accurately. Please tell me if you can fix this.
For this reason we have to log time for individual activities where we are allowed to add notes while logging time, and thus the process wastes considerable amount of time.
