We have had a few issues of late...that maybe unusual, but irritating, operationally.
Several customers have booked a session with us to come and visit us, while they were on holiday, so were in another time zone.
They get confirmation of the time they want, however it posts the diary in UK time, so they are turning up late, we think they are no shows, and they turn up sometimes when we have already filled the space with walk-ins,,,!
Is there a way of dealing with this? no matter where someone is limit times displayed and logged on the system as UK time?
As it is not happening very often I guess we will put up with it, just thought I would ask.
