Tip 25 - Strict scrum settings in Zoho Sprints



We recently introduced the strict scrum settings for teams that follow a rigid scrum process. Based on your project requirements, you can choose to follow a strict or flexible scrum method. 

If you are from a software team bound to client's deadlines you can follow a strict scrum process. This means they can enable 'Strict Scrum' settings and complete the work based on the predefined settings. In case, if your work is flexible to the timeline, then you can opt for a standard scrum process.
  • Navigate to Settings and enable the Strict Scrum field from Other Settings.
