Imagine your IT support team frequently conducts remote sessions to troubleshoot customer issues. To maintain consistency and professionalism, you want all technicians to follow specific protocols, such as avoiding certain actions on the customer's system without getting permission or taking steps to ensure data privacy. With the technician info box, super admins can now brief technicians on these guidelines directly within Zoho Assist.To implement this setting, navigate to Preferences in your Zoho Assist account and scroll down to Technician Info Box. Here, you can enable or disable the info box and customize the message to be displayed to the technician.
