- Number of emails received and sent out from an inbox and team
- Number of threads archived in an inbox and team
- Average time taken for reacting to a incoming thread
- Average time taken for resolving a thread
- Number of emails replied by a member
- Average time taken by a member for reacting to a incoming thread
- Average time taken by a member for resolving a thread
With these metrics you can plan team goals, optimize time, understand work distribution, and enhance productivity.
