Tip of the week #24 - Help and receive help from your team members on tasks

Every business thrives because of the combined effort of the people working there. In a typical work environment, there are several instances where you and your team would need the help of each other to tackle the tasks at hand.
Zoho TeamInbox provides you with features such as Response templates, Share Draft and Comments to help you and your team finish and close tasks efficiently.
- In cases where you have to type the same content repeatedly while composing an email, or when you want to send out quicker replies, compose and create a set of predefined templates that you and your team members can use when the need arises.
- Suppose, if you're drafting an email and you want to ensure what you composed is appropriate or verify if the attachments in the email consist of everything that has to be present, you can share the draft with your peers and get it reviewed before sending out.
- When you're handling a task in a thread and you want the assistance of your team members, you can @mention their name on the 'Comments' and they will be notified about it. You can then have internal discussions within the thread itself without having to switch to another application, thus ensuring the context of the task is not lost.
