Let's say Kevin is the head of marketing at Zylker. He's part of three teams - Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations. Under those teams, he's part of various inboxes such as User education, Blogs, Landing pages, Videos, SEO, Paid traffic, Marketing budget, and Marketing research.
It might be overwhelming for Kevin to go inside every inbox each time and then check the emails present in those inboxes. He can make use of the "Unread" view on the left pane, that will contain a global view of all the emails that have been received in the inboxes that he's a part of.
If he wants to narrow down on those emails to view only those that have been assigned to him, he can simply view them in the "Assigned to me" section. He can choose to view the emails that have been assigned to others in the "Assigned to others" section.
Kevin can view the threads that he's been following in the "Following" view. All the emails that were sent by him will be present in the "Sent" view. The draft of the messages that have been shared with him can be viewed in the "Shared with me" view. The "Snoozed" view contains all the emails that have been put off until a certain time.
He can, however, check the emails that are specific to the inboxes that he's part of by clicking the inbox. The teams and inboxes that he's part of will be listed in the bottom half of the left pane.
