Tip of the Week #68– Share and access files faster with Zoho WorkDrive extension.
Have you ever wasted time searching for the right file to attach to your emails—or worried whether the right people could access it? Without proper sharing settings, files might end up inaccessible to teammates or, worse, visible to people who shouldn’t see them.
Use the Zoho WorkDrive extension in Zoho TeamInbox to attach files directly from your Zoho WorkDrive. While adding them, set the appropriate sharing permission so your recipients can open them without delays:
- Personal – Only the specified recipients in your organization can view.
- Members with access – Only people in your team who already have access can view.
- Team – The members of your team in the WorkDrive can view.
- Anyone with the link – Ideal for sharing with people outside your team.
