I am looking your best practice and advice to manage the Inventory of corrugated box to align with Amazon Order.
We are manufacturing the Paper bag and sell 10 bags as single unit in Amazon. So, I created a following flow in Zoho Inventory.
- Raw Materials (Inventory Account)
- 1st Composite Item (Single Bag combined with Raw Materials/Labour Charges)
- 2nd Composite Item (10 Bags+1 Corrugated Box) - This one associated with Amazon
The customer will order with different quantity like 10/20/30 bags. We are maintaining different type of corrugated box for each quantity.
Whenever we get the Order, I go to 2nd composite items and create different type of bundle by changing the corrugated box for each Amazon order.
So, that it help me to Track the Product and Corrugated box also.
The issue here is, creating different bundle on daily basis is tedious job and I am really would like to simplify it.
