We have Zoho One because we were under the impression that all the Zoho apps were meant to work in harmony with one another... maybe i'm just not using them right, but it seems like it's incredibly difficult to do? For example, i'm having issues connection Forms, Campaigns and CRM.
1. I created a form in Zoho Forms
2. In Zoho Forms i added the integration to Zoho CRM so that the leads that fill out the form would automatically be added to the CRM.
3. I would also like to add those leads into a marketing campaign automation I made in Zoho Campaigns.
4. But when I setup the campaign in Zoho Campaigns and use the trigged 'filled out a form' my Zoho Form doesn't show in the drop down.
5. So I went back to Zoho Forms to try and add the integration, but it tells me it can only have one integration at a time (which is already with CRM) lol
I reached out to support and they said Zoho Forms can only be connected to one integration at a time (but didn't answer my question).
Is this very simply workflow seriously not available? It's insane to me that what i'm trying to achieve wouldn't be possible.
Likewise, it's a bit confusing as to why Zoho CRM has a campaigns feature, and Zoho Campaigns has a contacts section and none of those elements interact/connect/communicate with one another. It's almost ludicrous that Zoho would sell Zoho One.
What am I missing?
